About
My career didn't start with a plan to work in operations — it grew out of consistently being the person who noticed when something was disorganized, and couldn't leave it that way. A process with no documentation. A handoff that depended on one person's memory. A workflow that technically worked but cost everyone more time than it should have.
Over time, that instinct became the actual job. I've spent the last several years inside business development, event operations, and client-facing teams, doing the same core thing in each place: bringing structure to environments that were running on effort instead of systems.
I enjoy the unglamorous parts most people skip — writing the SOP, cleaning up the CRM, mapping out who actually owns what. Not because process is exciting on its own, but because of what it makes possible: teams that move faster, communicate better, and stop relying on chaos management to get through the week.
That's the work I'm looking for more of — the kind where something complicated needs to become simple, and someone needs to build the system that makes it stay that way.
Core Strengths
Experience
Focused on operational improvements across the sales function — documentation, CRM organization, process optimization, workflow support, and cross-functional coordination between business development and technical teams delivering AI automation solutions.
Coordinated nationwide event operations — operational planning, scheduling, documentation, stakeholder communication, workflow management, and logistics across venues, sponsors, and production teams.
Built repeatable operational systems for music releases — coordinating production timelines, managing creative assets, tracking approvals, and aligning collaborators from planning through release.
Handled client communication, customer operations, documentation, and issue resolution — consistently adhering to process while coordinating across internal teams to resolve concurrent client needs.
Selected Highlights
Rebuilt a career narrative from scratch — translating scattered work across events, AI, and client operations into a single, coherent operations story recruiters can actually follow.
Wrote and standardized documentation for recurring workflows so processes no longer depended on one person's memory to run correctly.
Cleaned up pipeline structure, follow-up sequencing, and reporting inside the CRM to give a growing team clearer visibility into where deals actually stood.
Identified repetitive manual tasks inside outreach and operations, then implemented AI-assisted tooling to remove the busywork without losing quality control.
Made a deliberate move from customer-facing and event-based roles into formal operations work — carrying forward the parts of each job that were always, at their core, about building better systems.
My Philosophy
Whether it's organizing information, improving a workflow, coordinating people, or designing a better system — I do my best work when I'm taking something complicated and making it simple.
